Our flagship, the, GRIVOLA restaurant, completely clad in fine old larch wood is a reproduction of the interior of a traditional Valdostan 'rascard'. The culinary offer ranges from typical Valle d'Aosta cuisine to national and international cuisine. A wide and varied selection of pizzas completes the offer.
The preparation of pizza dough, bread and fresh pasta, as well as desserts is carried out daily by our skilled chefs.

Our breakfast
A good day starts in the morning: that's why our breakfast is carefully prepared down to the last detail! Fresh produce from our region, homemade cakes, tarts and focaccia, exquisite honey, fresh eggs from free-range, cold meats and cheeses from Valle d'Aosta.
Fragrant freshly baked croissants, muesli, yoghurts of all flavours, fresh fruit, juices. An authentic feast that is renewed every morning.
Breakfast is served from 7.30 am to 9.30 am.

Guests of the House can enjoy a daily menu offering a carefully prepared and diverse choice, from the first course to the last. Each day, guests can choose three courses from a selection of starters, a first or second course, desserts or fruit, all carefully prepared to satisfy every palate. Let our skilled sommeliers guide you through the treasures of our wine cellars, full of Italian and international excellence.
All meals are served in an exclusive room, dedicated to our guests, in a cosy and refined atmosphere.
